Encryption, two-factor sign-in and the ability to export your data should not be reasons to upgrade. The planned paid tier focuses on team size and administration.
DPA access is not an upgrade.
Organisations can request the same data processing agreement regardless of plan. Contract confirmation is handled separately from billing.
