Keep your team’s vault on infrastructure you control. We help install PineKey, organise the rollout and hand the system over to your administrator.
Use a Linux server at your premises or a virtual machine in your own cloud account. Your team connects through a browser over HTTPS, on your network, through your VPN or through a public address you approve.
The installation has its own data, sign-in, domain and mail configuration. Normal vault use does not require a PineKey cloud account, a PineKey licence server or our Cloudflare tunnel.
We confirm the scope and acceptance checks in writing. Production use follows the agreed pilot checks.
Your organisation controls the server accounts, encryption secrets used by the service, backups and installed version. Users keep their own master passwords. We do not retain standing remote access by default.
Continued operation does not depend on renewing a support contract. Maintenance can include scheduled updates, restore exercises and a defined amount of support. Hours, response targets and exclusions belong in your agreement.
On-site days, travel and development are quoted separately. We assess each requested connection to another system before making a commitment.
This is the current PineKey product on your infrastructure. SSO, SCIM, directory sync, SIEM connectors, native mobile apps and high-availability clustering are not delivered features. The browser extension is installed manually.
If those are mandatory, we will say so during the assessment. Enterprise does not imply an independent security audit, a compliance certification or 24/7 support.
